It is a little bit cold today, and it is absolutely Monday – I think you all agree with me on this one – it is so Monday, that I need three more cups of coffee, but I am so happy to see the beautiful children who have come to take their food from our office.

How patiently they wait, how well behaved they are! Ho strongly they believe in our love! I would do anything for them. For more than 4 years, I haven’t taken a single day off from HOCT, I have been here at any hour of the day and of the night, for the children, together with my beautiful colleagues and those who sometimes help me.

I would like to think that HOCT is just as addictive for you as it is for me, because I cannot imagine one single day of my life without it.

It is close to 8 PM, we are still distributing food and I am still writing reports. My beloved Teacher, Geshe Sonam, was telling me this morning that I should sleep more – the sleepless night was very probably shining through my make-up 🤣 to which I told him…. when? Because there is so much to do and all of it is so well-worth the effort.

Shoutout to the beautiful souls Gabby and Maria, for their love and dedication towards the smallest girl at HOCT – Haula ❤ too much cuteness overload!
