Mutesi Shamula is a girl that has spina bifida and urinary incontinence. You can well imagine how her life was before she came to us. To this day the first photo of her still haunts me like a nightmare. But now she is clean, well-fed, not worrying about her bladder (Nico buys her Pampers) and, most of all, she attends school, and mind you, she is doing terrific!

So yes, when I see such results, such effort, I feel that any hardship can be overcome.
